• जब आप लिंक पर क्लिक करेंगे तो इस तरीके के पेज पर पहुंच जायेंगे अब आपको why do you want to delete ke सामने क्लिक करना है। 
• When you click on the given link you can redirect on this page now you have to click on (Why do you want to delete)
• जब आप वहाँ क्लिक करेंगे तो आपको too busy / too distracting  के ऑप्शन पे क्लिक करना है उसके बाद आप इस पेज पर पहुंच जायेंगे।

How to disable Instagram? | इंस्टाग्राम को कुछ समाय के लिए बंद कैसे करें?

अगर आप चाहते है की आपका इंस्टाग्राम कुछ समाय के लिए बंद हो जाये। आपके इंस्टाग्राम के पोस्ट और वीडियो कुछ समाय  के लिए गायब हो जाये तो ऐसे में आपको इंस्टाग्राम डिसेबल करना होगा।  इसमें आप जब चाहे आपका अकाउंट वापस आजायेगा क्युकी ये टेम्पेरोरी डिलीट होता है। 

If you want to disable your Instagram ID . Hide your post and videos for sometime then you have to disable your Instagram  ID it mean you get your Instagram back when ever you want 

• Open your Instagram in Chrome / अपने इंस्टाग्राम को क्रोम में खोलें। 
• Click on the profile and go to settings / प्रोफाइल पे क्लिक करें और सेटिंग में जाएँ। 
• Scroll down and click on temporarily disable my account / निचे की ओर जाये और temporarily disable my account पे क्लिक करें। 

समझने के लिए आप तस्वीरों का सहारा भी ले सकतें हैं।
